Terms & Conditions
 

1.      Delivery will be done on the same day if the order is placed before 4 pm IST. If the order is placed after 4 pm IST we would try to deliver your order on the same day, and if we are unable to deliver on the same day, the same would be delivered the next day. If any urgent order is placed beyond scheduled time, we would appreciate a phone call from your end so that we may try and get it delivered the same day.  

2.      In case a customer wants to cancel an already placed order he needs to do it at least 24 Hours before the date of delivery or the date of shipment. However in all such cases, 7% of the ordered amount will be deducted towards credit card processing expenses. Further, if you require any modification in your order, it can be done only 1 day prior to date of delivery, between 8 am to 8 pm.

3.      Order delivery within cities is made for free. But for delivery at some remote locations in towns or villages or locations which are beyond city limits, we may send you a link for paying extra delivery charge, if required. Your order will be put on hold till we receive any update from you within 5 days.

4.      If any order is placed without mention of delivery date, we assume it to be for same day delivery and process and dispatch the order within 24 hours.

5.      The flower arrangements cannot be guaranteed to be exact replica of the one shown on site because of different vendors & different seasonal constraints. If there has to be substitutions because of non availability of products these substitutions will be of equal or higher quality. Few other items such as Cycles, Flowers, Cakes, Sweets and Refrigerators etc. may also vary depending on availability of stock. So, we reserve the right to substitute the model or items with equal or higher value products.

6.      CakeDeliveryHyderabad.com retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally. However in all such cases, we promise to refund the full amount paid by the customer.

7.      We make all possible efforts to deliver the order on same day, but the time of delivery is not guaranteed, regardless of any request otherwise. We cannot guarantee on time delivery of some Gift items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, and Apparels etc where logistics are involved although we dispatch them well on time. We may take the responsibility for delay from our end but we cannot take the responsibility of delay made at the logistic partners end.  

8.      Bakeries make ready the fresh baked Cake only by 10.30 AM. Thus all orders of Cake can only be delivered after that. To fulfill some special request of customer we may procure Cake one day in advance and keep in refrigerator for early next day delivery. But we do not advise this in normal course.

9.      In case we have not received money for any processed or delivered order, due to any reason what so ever it is, the Customer & the Recipient shall be equally liable to compensate for the due amount. In case both the Customer & the Recipient refuses to pay us, we shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the due amount. Further, if any Octroi or similar Charges is levied by the state of the recipient, this additional charge shall be borne by the consignee.

10.  In case of hand delivery of perishable commodities like flowers or cakes, if the recipient or a representative wasn’t available at the time of delivery, or the delivery address is incorrect, we shall consider the order to be delivered. No refund will be available in such cases. However, we try to confirm the presence of the recipient or representative over phone before delivery.

11.  MRP quoted at our website include cost of our services, delivery and online transaction cost and due to technical constraints their breakups cannot be shown separately.

12.  Order deliveries are only possible in city limits or our serviceable area. If delivery location is far from our serviceable area, we may send you a link asking for extra additional charges. Till then your order will be on hold and if we do not receive any update from you within 5 days, we will cancel your order and refund the amount and inform about the same via e-mail.

13.  If we are unable to deliver your order (due to issue at our end), then we shall refund your full amount. But we shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.

14.  Due to uncertain occasion / disaster like Heavy Rains, Strike, Earthquake or any similar natural or public incident, if we are unable to deliver your order on the same day, the same would be delivered on an earlier or later date. 

15.  Order will be shown as delivered when receiver is not available at address, premises closed, receiver phone number is wrong, receiver not reachable over phone, receiver not taking our phone or receiver refuse to accept the order.

16.  Respective Brand owners will be responsible for the quality of product. You can lodge complaints on them through us, if the quality is not found up to the mark.

17.  If a customer wants to lodge any complaint against the quality of product, he may do so within 48 hours along with the image of products delivered justifying the reason for complaint. On the basis of same, we may redeliver the order or refund the amount, but it will be based on sole discretion of the website owner.  Under no circumstances, the claim amount will be more than the full value of the product ordered.

18.  The various logos/Trademark backed by product being sold on our website belong to respective companies and they are the owner of such Logo/Trademark.

19.  For any international delivery sent through courier, any extra custom charges levied by the custom dept. of recipient's country will have to be borne by the customer itself and we shall not be liable for the same.

20.  Our merchant HDFC Bank shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

21.  All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only at Siliguri, West Bengal.

22.  All Rakhi orders will be delivered at the earliest irrespective of delivery date chosen. 

23.  We are dispatching all consignments as per your orders & shall not be responsible for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at your end.

24.  For delivery of items at Hostels, Hotels or Hospitals, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the recipient because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the recipient. In such case, POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery. We try and get in touch with the recipient, if the delivery boy is stopped at the premise gate of any such locations. But for any reason, if the phone goes unanswered, we consider it an attempted delivery.

25.  By accepting our T&C, you also accept to receive all our communication matters, notification, newsletters, promotional matters etc. through various media channels. However, we confirm that we do not give any customer data to any agency outside the group.

26. No refund can be made wherein recipient has refused to accept the delivery of the order.
